With regard to the above, we kindly ask you to familiarise yourself with the terms and conditions governing the processing of your personal data, as well as with the new rules regarding this issue that shall apply as of May 25 2018.

Who can we transfer your data to?

What are your rights with regard to your data?

What is the legal basis for the processing of your data? Each instance of processing your personal data must be based on an applicable legal basis and comply with applicable law. The processing of your data for the purposes of providing services cannot be accomplished without a legal basis in the execution of service agreements (said agreements are usually in the form of "Terms and Conditions" or other similar documents featured in the services you use). The legal basis for the site's self-promotion is the so-called "legitimate interest of the data administrator".
