Orders placed by 1 pm are normally ready from 3 pm the same day. Orders placed after 1 pm are available the following day.

You can also buy and pay by cash or card in our Bray store. Online payment options are shown at checkout.

DPD orders placed before 3:00 p.m. Monday to Friday are shipped the same day.

Monday to Friday delivery

Saturday delivery is available in urban areas only. There are no deliveries on Sundays or Bank Holidays.

Good to know

Busy periods and exceptional delays

We aim to meet the stated delivery times, but orders can take a little longer during busy periods such as Christmas, Easter and Black Friday.

Force majeure events, including extreme weather, can temporarily affect cut-off or delivery times. We will always work to minimise any disruption.

Redelivery charge

If a parcel must be redelivered because of an incorrect address, invalid or missing Eircode, incorrect phone number, or nobody being available to sign for it, a €5 redelivery charge applies to cover freight, shipping and handling.

Product availability

If an item cannot be dispatched because it is out of stock, we will contact you about another flavour or replacement. Alternatively, we will ship the available products and refund the unavailable items.

Specific carrier instructions

We cannot be held liable for lost or stolen parcels resulting from specific delivery instructions left directly with the carrier.
